PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY

1.     Introduction

These are our Purchase Terms and Conditions, and you should read them carefully as they apply to any order you may purchase on the website. We will request you to accept these Terms and Conditions during the registration and order process.

Sleepy Space referred to as the Seller. Customers (You), referred to as the Buyer. The Sleepy Space website https://www.sleepyspace.co.uk/ contains all prices and up-to-date product listings and description each available for sale. These Terms and Conditions apply when you complete a purchase with from us.

2.     Your Agreement with us

When buying an item ("Product(s)"), you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing and/or description, before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The customer agrees to pay the Seller the purchase price of the Product(s) amounting to the total price for a specific package that you have opted to purchase, the Sleepy Space website.

3.     Price Changes

We reserve the right at any time, to change our prices for Products displayed on the site, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If you received the wrong order, the customer reserves the right to request for a return upon notice or acknowledgment but agrees to provide a notice in writing within 7 days to be eligible for a return.

Notwithstanding, Sleepy Space reserves the right to refuse a return/refund to a customer in its own discretion after inspection.

4.     Delivery

After confirming your purchase, we or our delivery provider will ship your Product(s), if applicable, in a timely manner of no more than two weeks (3-15) working business days (WBD) (or for customers pre-ordering no more than 3-15 WBD from the date 17th September 2023 (Live Date) ) after order confirmation with us. 

If we are unable to ship the Product(s), we will notify you no more than 2.5 weeks after the purchase date and issue you a refund. You agree that you may be subject to a shipping charge for delivery which will be displayed upon checkout.

During the order process, we will let you know when the products will get to you. We work with a delivery provider to deliver the products to you via a courier or local postage service as soon as reasonably possible.

5.     Images, & Product Packaging

The Images, and/or colour of a Products displayed on the site may vary slightly from their original pictures and shall be dependent on your computer or device transmission.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately shall reflects the colour of the products. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Your products may vary slightly from those images including  product packaging and image position on the hoodie.

You agree to indemnify us from any damage or loss the product display or packaging may cause.

6.     Title of Risks

The risks to the Products will be your responsibility from the time that the products are delivered to the address that you gave us.

7.     Your Rights To Make Changes

If you wish to make a change to the products you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the products, the timing of supply, or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change, and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract (see below clause - your rights to end the contract)

8.     Our Rights To Make Changes

We hold the right to make minor changes to the products and prices at any time without prior notice to you. The reasons for these Minor changes we may make to the products are follows:

• to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and

• to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements.

• These changes will not affect your use of the products.

In addition, we may make more significant changes to these terms or the products, but if we do so we will notify you, and you may then contact us to end the contract before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any products paid for but not received.

9.     Change your mind

For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 7 days and receive a refund. These rights are explained in more detail In our refund or return terms.

10.  Your legal rights

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
