Thank you for your purchase on our website accessible at www.sleepyspace.co.uk. We understand, due to certain conditions, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for some reasons, or if you haveany problems with your package, please send us a message through email at SleepyspaceX@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with receipt {RMA} of the order indicated on the order page.
You are required to ensure your return complies with our refund conditions below. We will then consider your return request, subject to the refund terms described in this Policy.
2. Cancelled Order
We will not accept cancellations for orders if for any reason the provided delivery time exceeds as your order is most likely in transit already & given the current logistic situation where transit times, flight schedules & delivery time frames are unpredictable and beyond our control we will not take responsibility for delays caused by sudden restrictions & lockdown measures imposed.
Please ensure sure you check your order details, and total cost carefully before checking out in the order page. However, you reserve the right to a refund if for any reason you received a defective or wrong item different from the one you purchased.
Please send us an email with the receipt, image, and/or video evidence, within 48 hours after delivery and return to us the damaged or wrong item In its original condition within 7 days to be eligible for a refund In this case, the shipping cost will be charged to your current refund balance. The refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method or credited into your balance to be used on your next purchase on our platform.
3. Refund policy
In accordance with the United Kingdom Consumer Laws, Once a sale is complete, UK consumers have the statutory right to return faulty goods bought online and get a full refund within a set time-period (you must notify us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods, that you wish to return the goods and obtain a refund). International consumers can return faulty or damaged goods to our return delivery address (“RDA”). The “RDA” is 197 High Rd, Loughton IG10 4LF, United Kingdom. Upon discovery of a defect on the delivered product, the Buyer has the right: to apply for a refund, Sleepy Space will ensure your refund process goes smoothly, at our own discretion offer you a refund only in the following circumstances.

if you received a defective or incorrect item;

the package delivered to the buyer is different from the description provided in the listing;
Refund Requests must be mailed or communicated to us within (48) hours after the delivery of the Order. In addition, the item must be mailed to Sleepy Space within 7 days after delivery to be considered for a refund. The item must comply with our refund policy. If (7) seven days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, Sleepy Space reserves the right not to offer you a refund.

However, Sleepy Space reserves the right to issue refund requests within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you.
Sleepy Space will review your Refund Request on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion,determine if your Refund is successful.
4. Refund or Return Approval
If your refund does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us, and tell us which of the conditions you have not met. We will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your refund request in a situation that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option to deny your refund request.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to you in credit similar to your original order price excluding shipping charges for returning your damaged or defective item. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and/or approved yourrefund request.
5. Shipping your Damaged Package
If you wish to return your damaged or defective item, please send us a message and we will provide you with our shipping address depending on your location within 48 hours.
Bear in mind you are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning your item to us. We also reserve the right to inspect the returned damaged item, to ascertain if your return is eligible for a refund or replacement.

If any provision is deemed to be unenforceable by a court of law within the jurisdiction of the UK, only that provision is severed, and the rest of the provisions remain enforceable.
