1.     Payment Terms

 

When shopping on Sleepy Space, there are several ways you can pay. The payment methods available for your purchase may vary. Below you can find the type of payment methods that we accept.

2.     Is it possible my order may be cancelled?

 

Goods that are available to order are goods that are in stock with us as displayed on the website. However, we never guarantee delivery to a certain day and always reserve for final sales. If we eventually run out of an item, it will be canceled from your order and will be delivered at a later time. In case of cancellation, this information will be sent to you via email.

 

Every Buyer reserves the right to edit or cancel his order. However, you can only cancel your order before the order is shipped for delivery, this way we can easily initiate the changes you want on the order and effect such changes in your payment checkout.

 

3.     Deliveries

 

The total delivery time for an order is only presented at checkout, where the shipping time is also included depending on the selected shipping method. How soon an item can be sent (shipping time not included) is stated on the respective product page. For environmental reasons and good service, we always try to jointly deliver your order.

 

4.     Delay

 

We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays may occur. We, therefore, do not guarantee delivery on a certain day and always reserve the right for delays. In the event of a delay, information will be sent to you via email. You have the right to cancel the purchase if the delay is of significant importance to you as a customer. We reserve the right to cancel your order if there are problems with deliveries to us or problems with payment.

 

In the event of unforeseen events beyond our control, Force Majeure, (such as war, lock down, natural disaster, strike, fire, or non-delivery by our subcontractor) Sleepy Space is not responsible for such delays.

 

5.     Can I track my order?

 

Yes, you have the privilege to track your order. We will send you a tracking code of your shipment to your email when your package has been sent/shipped.

 

6.     What delivery options are available?

 

Sleepy Space delivers to all addresses within the United Kingdom, and we also deliver outside the UK, subject to shipping charges. Shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page which may vary per country. There may be some countries in which shipping is not available and as such will not show up on the delivery country option. Available countries we ship to are listed on our website.  

 

7.     My parcel arrived damaged

 

We’re sorry to hear, and hope that the items you ordered arrived intact and complete. If the damage only affects your parcel and you would like to return something from that order, you can use any packing material for the return. Please make sure to use the return documents we provided in the parcel - with our return label.

 

Please note that we cannot provide substitutes for damaged parcels.

 

8.     Your right of Withdrawal

 

There are some items that are not considered returnable. We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage or upon certain grounds. Some products are not included in the returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
